BASIC EU5 we give the car to the client

When a customer receives a car, the process may include the following steps:

• Preparation of the car: Before handing out the car to the customer, it must be prepared for use. This may include cleaning the car both outside and inside, checking the technical condition, refueling and installing additional equipment (if required).
• Signing documents: The client may need to sign and provide necessary documents such as a driver's license, insurance and a rental agreement. This is usually done to formalize the lease and establish rules and responsibilities.
• Orientation by car: An employee of the company can give a brief orientation on the car, explaining the main functions and features, such as the location of the main controls, safety systems and driving features.
• Checking the condition of the car: The customer may be asked to check the condition of the car, including the appearance, operation of the main systems (lighting, air conditioning, radio, etc.) and the presence of any damage. If the client finds any problems, he must inform the company's employee about it.
• Signing of the acceptance and transfer: After checking the car, the client may be asked to sign the acceptance and transfer document confirming that he received the car in the specified condition and agrees to the terms of the lease.
